375ph Privacy Policy
At 375ph, your personal data is handled with care, transparency, and full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: January 1, 2026How 375ph Protects Your Data
These cards summarise the core principles behind the 375ph privacy framework. Full details for each topic are in the policy sections below.
Data Security & Encryption
All personal data transmitted between your device and the 375ph platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Sensitive data stored on our servers — including payment information and identity documents — is protected with AES-256 encryption and access controls limited to authorised personnel only.
No Sale of Personal Data
375ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your information is shared only with the limited categories of service partners necessary to operate the platform — and only under strict data processing agreements that bind those partners to confidentiality obligations.
Philippine Data Privacy Act
375ph's data practices are designed to comply with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). This means you have legally enforceable rights over your personal data, and we are obligated to honour them.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. You can also object to certain types of processing and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. These rights can be exercised by contacting the 375ph Data Protection Officer at any time.
Defined Retention Periods
375ph does not retain your personal data indefinitely. Retention periods are defined based on legal requirements — particularly PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping obligations — and operational necessity. Once the applicable retention period has expired and no legal hold applies, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Transparent Communication
If 375ph ever experiences a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required by law. We will not bury breach notifications in generic policy updates — you will be informed directly and clearly.

1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 375ph ("375ph", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data belonging to users ("you", "Player", "Data Subject") of the 375ph online gaming platform accessible at 375ph.net.
This Policy applies to all personal data collected through the 375ph website, mobile-optimised platform, customer support channels, and any other touchpoints through which 375ph receives your information. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, which govern the overall contractual relationship between you and 375ph.
By accessing or using 375ph, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. Where processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time — though withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any processing already carried out prior to withdrawal.
2. Data Controller Information
375ph acts as the Data Controller in respect of the personal data described in this Policy. Our designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be contacted at [email protected]. Please include "Data Privacy" in the subject line of your message to ensure it is routed to the DPO promptly.

375ph does not collect personal data from social media platforms or purchase data from third-party data brokers.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, 375ph processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

6. How We Use Your Data
375ph uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create, maintain, and administer your 375ph account;
- To verify your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR regulations — players must be 21 years of age or older;
- To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in Philippine Peso via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities in compliance with Philippine AML laws;
- To enforce the 375ph Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies;
- To provide customer support and resolve account-related queries;
- To monitor gameplay and account activity for responsible gaming purposes and to administer self-exclusion and account restriction requests;
- To send you transactional communications relating to your account, including deposit and withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and policy update notifications — these communications are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active;
- To send you marketing and promotional communications about 375ph offers, games, and events — only where you have given your explicit consent, and only until that consent is withdrawn;
- To analyse platform usage in aggregate, anonymised form for the purpose of improving the 375ph product and user experience;
- To comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping requirements imposed by PAGCOR and the AMLC.
375ph does not use your personal data for automated decision-making processes that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, other than the automated components of our KYC and fraud screening processes — which are always subject to human review where a decision affects your account status.
7. Sharing Your Data
375ph shares your personal data only where necessary and only with the following categories of recipients:
7.1 Regulatory Authorities
375ph is required by law to share certain personal data and transaction records with PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in connection with regulatory oversight, licensing compliance, and AML reporting obligations. These disclosures are mandatory and are made regardless of your consent.
7.2 KYC and Compliance Service Providers
375ph engages licensed third-party identity verification and AML screening providers to assist with KYC processing and ongoing compliance monitoring. These providers process your identity documents and personal data solely on behalf of 375ph and under binding data processing agreements that prohibit any secondary use of your data.
7.3 Payment Service Providers
To process your GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transactions, 375ph shares the minimum necessary payment-related personal data with the relevant payment service provider. These providers are independently regulated financial institutions subject to their own privacy and data protection obligations under Philippine law.
7.4 Game and Platform Technology Providers
375ph's platform incorporates games and technology services provided by third-party software licensors. These providers may process limited technical and session data in connection with delivering their services on the 375ph platform. They do not receive your identity or financial data unless strictly required for a specific service.
7.5 Law Enforcement
375ph may disclose personal data to Philippine law enforcement agencies — including the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) — where required by a lawful court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
375ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, maintain your login session, and analyse platform usage. The categories of cookies used by 375ph are as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core platform functionality including login session management, security tokens, and load balancing. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform features;
- Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and previously entered information to improve your experience;
- Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players navigate and use the 375ph platform. This data is used solely for internal product improvement purposes and is not shared with advertising networks;
- Security cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, bot traffic, and unauthorised account access attempts.
375ph does not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies that share your data with external advertising platforms.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or using core features of the 375ph platform.
9. Data Retention
375ph retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to longer retention periods required by applicable law. The key retention periods that apply to 375ph data are:
- Account and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act's record retention obligations;
- KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure (whichever is later), in compliance with AMLC regulations;
- Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period applies due to an ongoing dispute or regulatory investigation;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements;
- Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for fraud detection and security purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.
Where data is no longer required and no legal hold applies, 375ph will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data. Anonymised aggregate data that can no longer be attributed to any individual may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
10. Data Security
375ph implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and 375ph servers;
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored on 375ph infrastructure, including KYC documents and financial records;
- Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data to those with a legitimate operational need;
- Multi-factor authentication requirements for all 375ph staff accounts with access to personal data systems;
- Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning of the 375ph platform;
- Documented incident response procedures for managing personal data breaches in accordance with NPC notification requirements.
While 375ph takes data security seriously, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, 375ph will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.
11. Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by 375ph:
Right to Access
Request a copy of the personal data 375ph holds about you, together with information about how it is being processed.
Right to Correction
Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data 375ph holds about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected and no legal retention obligation applies.
Right to Object
Object to the processing of your personal data where 375ph relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, including profiling for direct marketing.
Right to Data Portability
Request a copy of the personal data you provided to 375ph in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for consent-based processing (such as marketing) at any time without affecting processing already completed.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact the 375ph Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Rights Request". 375ph will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a valid request. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with notification to you of the extension and the reason for it.
375ph may request additional information to verify your identity before processing a data subject rights request, to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to an unauthorised party.
If you are not satisfied with 375ph's response to a data subject rights request, or if you believe 375ph is processing your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
12. Children's Privacy
375ph conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process for all registered accounts. If 375ph discovers that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending activity will be halted, and the personal data associated with that account will be deleted — save for records that must be retained to demonstrate compliance with PAGCOR's age verification obligations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered a 375ph account without your knowledge, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
In certain circumstances, your personal data may be processed by 375ph's technology and service partners outside of the Philippines — for example, where cloud infrastructure, KYC verification tools, or game platform services are hosted or operated in other countries.
Where such cross-border transfers occur, 375ph takes steps to ensure that your personal data receives a level of protection equivalent to that afforded under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. These steps include:
- Entering into data processing agreements with international service providers that incorporate the data protection standards required by Philippine law;
- Conducting due diligence on the data protection frameworks of the countries in which our service providers operate;
- Limiting the scope of data shared in cross-border transfers to the minimum necessary for the service being provided.
375ph does not transfer your personal data to countries or territories that have been identified by the National Privacy Commission as providing inadequate levels of data protection, without implementing appropriate additional safeguards.
14. Changes to This Policy
375ph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or the services we offer. When we make material changes to this Policy — particularly changes that affect your rights or the way we use your personal data — we will notify you by email to the address registered to your account and by posting a prominent notice on the 375ph platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
The updated Policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of 375ph following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically so you remain informed about how 375ph protects your personal data.
