375ph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 375ph ("375ph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 375ph.net and its associated subdomains and applications.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the 375ph platform, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, virtual games, e-sabong, bingo, and all associated payment, account management, and customer support services.

Your use of the 375ph platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the date you first access the platform or, where you register an account, from the date of registration — whichever is earlier.

375ph reserves the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use a 375ph account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is legal;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 375ph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 375ph or by any other PAGCOR-regulated operator;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.

375ph conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) for all registered accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a user is under 21 years of age, 375ph reserves the right to suspend the account and conduct age verification at any time, including before any withdrawal is permitted.

If a user is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be returned to the payment method used for deposit at 375ph's sole discretion, after deducting any winnings attributable to bets placed while underage.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active 375ph account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and of PAGCOR regulations.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 375ph will close all but the earliest registered account. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety. Winnings generated from duplicate accounts will be void and will not be paid out.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 375ph account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

375ph is not responsible for any losses, delays, or adverse consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect banking details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 375ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 375ph will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 375ph customer support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 375ph reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 375ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

4.1 Documents Required

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document, such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name;
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where requested.

4.2 KYC Processing

375ph will endeavour to process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification. 375ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for compliance purposes.

Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits and account balances at 375ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 375ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

375ph does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits made from an account not registered in your name, or deposits from credit cards where prohibited. You must only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use and that originate from a legitimate source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request;
• Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be resolved before bonus-linked balances can be withdrawn;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time, and on the next business day for requests submitted after the cut-off;
• 375ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC reporting requirements.

5.3 Errors and Erroneous Credits

In the event that funds are credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or any other reason — those funds do not belong to you and must not be wagered or withdrawn. You must notify 375ph immediately upon becoming aware of any erroneous credit. 375ph reserves the right to reverse any erroneous transaction at any time, including the recovery of any winnings generated from erroneous funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

375ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of real money and bonus funds, as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal is permitted;
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms;
• Bets placed on certain markets with very low odds (typically below 1.40 in decimal format) may not count toward sportsbook bonus wagering requirements;
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited;
• 375ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of any active promotion with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player from a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is identified, 375ph reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the account.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games offered on 375ph — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, bingo, and e-sabong — are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game as published within the game interface or accompanying help documentation.

375ph uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any party. Live dealer games are operated in real time by certified live casino providers and are subject to their own regulatory oversight.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — 375ph will attempt to resolve the interrupted round using available game logs. Where a round cannot be resolved, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account. Winnings that cannot be verified through game logs will not be paid.

375ph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, game malfunction, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 375ph is governed by the general sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section, together with any sport-specific rules applicable to PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and other markets offered on the platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 375ph at the time of placement. 375ph reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference number is issued. In the event of a system error, bets that have not received a confirmation reference are void.

8.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, 375ph will apply the odds at the time of processing. You may configure your bet slip to accept any odds, accept only higher odds, or reject odds changes — as available in the sportsbook settings.

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

Where a sporting event is cancelled prior to commencement, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Where an event is postponed and does not commence within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will be void unless 375ph specifies otherwise in the sportsbook rules for that event. Where an event is abandoned after commencement, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 375ph platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house;
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using 375ph for money laundering purposes in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 375ph staff or other users via any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access 375ph from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

375ph reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a breach of this section: issue a formal warning, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, forfeit account balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 375ph

375ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent authority.

During a period of suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Suspension does not constitute forfeiture of the account balance unless a subsequent investigation determines that forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 375ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure. Real money balances at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from 375ph for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting customer support. 11. Responsible Gaming

375ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss limits — restrict the amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session time limits — set maximum session durations with reminders;
• Cool-off periods — take a short break from the platform for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from 375ph for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 375ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 375ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 375ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 375ph content; use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform; frame or mirror any part of the platform without the prior written consent of 375ph.

Any unauthorised use of 375ph intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 375ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

375ph does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

375ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 375ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 375ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

375ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the 375ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

375ph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. 375ph does not sell your personal data to third parties.

15. Amendments to Terms

375ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, bonus policies, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — 375ph will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the 375ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.2.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

375ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have a complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved through 375ph's customer support process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution channels.

Before commencing any formal dispute process, you are required to contact 375ph customer support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved internally. You may contact support via live chat from within the platform or by emailing [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support or PAGCOR mediation, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
